Terms of Service
Last updated: June 6, 2026
By using Perch ("Service") at callperch.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The service
Perch provides automated missed-call text-back for local businesses. You configure call forwarding on your existing business phone so unanswered calls reach Perch, which texts callers your booking link.
Your responsibilities
- You must have authority to act on behalf of the business you register.
- You are responsible for configuring call forwarding correctly on your phone line.
- You must comply with applicable laws regarding texting your customers, including honoring STOP opt-out requests.
- You may not use Perch for spam, illegal content, or unrelated marketing blasts.
Fees & trial
Pricing is shown on our website. Free trials may be offered at our discretion. After a trial, continued use requires a paid subscription unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Availability
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. SMS delivery depends on carriers and third-party providers (including Twilio). We are not liable for missed messages caused by carrier blocks, incorrect call forwarding, or voicemail intercepting calls before Perch.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perch is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue from missed calls or undelivered texts. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Cancellation
You may cancel anytime from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your Perch number will be released and text-back will stop. You should disable call forwarding on your business phone after canceling.
